Gut Health in Recovery: 
The Missing Piece in Client Outcomes
A 1-hour workshop for substance use providers who want to better support mood, energy, and relapse prevention through the gut–brain connection.

This training is designed for providers who support individuals in recovery, including: 
Substance use counselors and recovery coaches

Explain the gut–brain connection in language your clients actually understand

Recognize signs of gut imbalance (dysbiosis) that may be impacting mood, cravings, and relapse risk

Use low-barrier, realistic gut-supportive strategies for clients in early and long-term recovery

Integrate gut health conversations into your existing intakes, groups, and check-ins

Support long-term sobriety by addressing the body, not just behavior
